Hello lovely people, it’s been a minute. I know you missed me. If you’re reading this and wondering who or why this writer started this blog post the way he did, you’re probably new here. So, to that, I say;

I hope you join this ever-growing global community of people whose aim is to provide quality information and services to its members, which they can use to learn how to have healthy, happy, functioning romantic relationships and marriages.

As for the old heads here (my community members), I hope you’ve been doing well. I know I have been away but believe me when I say I wasn’t slacking or anything. I have been working to make things better for you guys by improving my skill-set, service offerings and overall website experience. Okay, that’s enough chit-chat.

You—talking about the newcomers—are here because you typed “how can I improve myself every day?”. Or “How to become a better person” or “easy ways to grow yourself daily”. And google brought up this blog post because it knows it’s the best resource on the internet that would answer your search query. Forget all that hogwash all over the internet that says to improve yourself daily; you need to laugh out loud, greet everyone you meet, try something new and all that B.S. The only way to improve yourself daily is by taking action that improves the three (3) core areas of human desire. These core areas of human desire are health, wealth and relationships. If you want to improve yourself daily, take actions that will enhance your health, wealth (finances) and relationships (romantic and non-romantic). The better you get at taking daily and consistent actions that improve these three (3) core areas in your life, the more fulfilled you will feel. The more fulfilled you feel, the less you feel your life sucks. The less you feel your life sucks, the less likely you’re to shoot at innocent people, blow up buildings and engage in any form of “suicide by cop”. This blog post will tell you how to go about it. Let’s begin!!!

The goal is to take actions that contribute to your overall positive health score. Now I’m not saying you should spend hours in the gym lifting weights and working out like a maniac.

What I am advocating for is healthy living. Healthy living includes exercise, good eating habits, good sleeping patterns and a life free from any form of substance abuse. Apart from going to the gym to work out, you could get a workout done by playing sports involving movement with your friends. Examples are; basketball, lawn tennis, badminton, and football (or, as the Americans call it, soccer). You could also get a workout in by walking your dog if you have any or just taking long walks. The point is you have to be active daily.

One thing to note is that just because you work out and you’re shredded or muscular does not mean you are healthy. This is where proper sleeping, eating habits, and a life void of substance abuse come in. SMOKING WILL KILL YOU! I MEAN IT! YOU WILL DIE HORRIBLY FROM SMOKING ANY FORM OF SUBSTANCE.

A healthy body makes room for a healthy mind.

For wealth, there are two things you need to know. First, you need to pick an industry where you can freely operate in your zone of genius (shout out to Sahil Bloom on this one). According to him, your zone of genius is where your interests, passions and acquired skills align. This means you play games (games here mean your business or career) in an industry/niche where you are suited to win.

Second, you must prioritize efficiency and compounding R.O.I. (return on investment) over effectiveness. Yes, there is a difference between effectiveness and efficiency. When you are effective, you achieve the goals you set out to accomplish with your business irrespective of the time, energy, and other resources spent in the process. But when you are efficient, you achieve the same goals you set out to accomplish in less time, using fewer energy and resources in the process.

In layman’s terms, all I am saying is design systems and processes around your business and career that would make you work less, spend less but earn more. This is that “create once to sell a million times” mentality you may have heard millionaires, multi-millionaires, and billionaires talk about on the internet. The goal is to compound your wealth and accumulate more money over time without putting in added work. (check out Tim Ferris's book on the four-hour work week).

Without doing this, you will eventually be outworked and surpassed by your competitors in your industry.

P.S; I have written a comprehensive blog post on wealth and how to create it. If you want to and are serious about creating generational wealth, that blog post is for you.

The need to love, be loved and be accepted by a person or group is in the human D.N.A. You can have all the money in the world and have the best physique, but without love and acceptance from a person or group you deem special in your life, it would not mean anything. Now ardent readers of my blog post know that in this community, we like to take the proactive approach because;

The best way to solve a problem is to avoid it.

That statement means that instead of waiting until you have a problem, you can avoid it entirely by learning from other people’s mistakes, experiences and teachings.

The saying goes, “a man or woman who has friends must himself or herself be friendly”. In the same light, a man or woman who wants love must first love. You cannot be an asshole or a jerk to people and expect people to like talk-less of love you. If you want excellent and genuine friends, start by being good and faithful. If you want to attract the right person into your life (romantically speaking), begin by being the right person. Be courteous when talking to people, be kind to others with your words and actions, cherish the friends and people in your life and be grateful for them. The more you do this, the more genuine people you will attract to you. The more genuine people attracted to you, the greater your pool of people to choose as a romantic partner if you want one.

P.P.S; I recommend you read the book how to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie if you want to know how to make people like you.

And there you have it, the best blueprint for self-improvement on the internet. You are welcome. I want to use this opportunity to announce that I am working on a couple of free e-books and resources available for community members.
